I was first introduced to this yummy recipe when I started going out with my husband over 30 years ago! we love it for sunday brunch, with sausage or bacon. It rises in the oven. when you take it out it falls. has a custard like consistency! so yummy!!

Ingredients

2 c
milk ( i use 2 percent)
4
eggs
1 c
flour
1/2 tsp
salt
1 Tbsp
sugar
1/4 to 1/2 c
butter

Directions Step-By-Step

Heat oven to 400 degrees
put all ingredents (EXCEPT the butter) into a blender. blend.

when oven reaches 400. but the butter into a 9x13 pan and put into the oven for the butter to melt. when the butter is melted pour the blended ingredents into the pan with the melted butter. bake for 30 to 40 minutes. ( I like it crispy so I do 40 min). It will puff up while baking then fall when you take it from oven.

I serve it with butter, syrup, fresh fruit and fresh whipping cream! very easy and Yummy!! enjoy
