This pancake recipe comes from my mother in law. She made these frequently when we came to visit. She no longer is able to cook but she sure enjoys knowing that we all now have the recipe.
1 1/4 c
sour milk (regular milk with a teaspoon of white vinegar added) or use regular or low fat buttermilk
1Mix all of the ingredients together gently with a whisk. Let sit for about 5 minutes.
2Heat griddle to 350 degrees. Pour batter into the desired size pancakes you want. Cook until browned on both sides.
