I LOVE FRENCH TOAST.MY RECIPE

Ingredients

1/2 cup
water
3
tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate

eggs

slices day-old french bread cut 3/4 inch thick
3/4 cup
fine dry bread crumbs
1 cup
light corn syrup

tablespoons frozen orange concentrate

Directions Step-By-Step

In shallow bowl beat together the water, 3 tablespoons orange juice concentrate,add eggs.dip french bread slices into juice mixture, then into bread crumbs,coating evenly on both sides.

In skillet cook french bread in a small amount of cooking oil,over med- high for 3 to 4 min or till golden,turning bread slices once.

Meanwhile,for orange syrup,in a small saucepan combine corn syrup and 2 tablespoons orange juice concentrate.bring to boiling; reduce heat and simmer 5 min. pass hot syrup with toast.
