Holly's Story

This recipe came from my sister-in-law, but I added the cinnamon. If possible, always make this in a cast iron frying pan. The bottom gets a nice crust and it looks absolutely beautiful when you take it from the oven.
Happy Cooking!!!!!

1/2 c
whole milk
1/2 c
water
3/4 c
flour
1/2 stick
butter
1/2 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
cinnamon (optional)
2

Directions Step-By-Step

1

3
cook in the oven at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
4
Then serve with maple syrup or confectioner's sugar on top.

OMGosh, Holly, this looks divine. Do you use plain or self-rising flour? I'm pinching this one, kiddo.
