Homemade Pancake or Waffle Batter

- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 egg, whole
- milk, to desired thickness to make batter
- 2 tbls. liquid oil
1Mix dry ingredients together well. Add milk to reach desired thickness for batter.
3Drop or pour small amount on medium hot lightly greased griddle. (I use a gravy ladle.) When the batter starts to bubble and loss its glossiness around edge, flip and cook other side til done.
