bariatric advantage protein shake powder vanilla - 27 gm protein
1/4 to 1/2 tsp
extract
1/2 tsp
sugar free jello (powder)
8 oz
water, cold
blender
1/2 c
ice cubes (can add before of after blending)

*for more orange flavor add orange extract
