  • 2 scoop
    bariatric advantage protein shake powder vanilla - 27 gm protein
  • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp
    extract
  • 1/2 tsp
    sugar free jello (powder)
  • 8 oz
    water, cold
  • blender
  • 1/2 c
    ice cubes (can add before of after blending)
