| 2 Tbsp | flax meal |
| 2 Tbsp | sugar alcohol |
| 1 scoop(s) | whey-to-go protein |
| 1 1/2 c | 100% egg whites |
| 1 Tbsp | natural peanut butter |
| 2 tsp | cinnamon |

Directions
Mix flax, protein, cinnamon, and alcohol sugar together in a small bowl.
Mix in egg whites until texture is slightly thinner than pancake mix.
Heat a medium size pan on stove top using non-stick cooking agent of your choice (I use safflower or peanut oil), wait until the crepe is semi-firm, then flip and cook till golden brown.
Spread peanut butter on 1/2 of the crepe, then fold gently.
