Healthy Fried Potatoes

I don't like the smell or taste of grease or oil and because my husband is diabetic I cook healthy as much as I can, especially foods that I know he likes.

any type of potato-with or without skin
onion powder, fresh onion or dehydrated or none
any cooking spray
garlic salt or season salt to taste


1Cut up potato and onion
2Spray cooking spray in pan and heat
3Add ingredients to pan and cook on high until potatoes are brown
4Turn heat to medium and add a lid-check potatoes every few minutes by turning/mixing. Add about 1/4 cup water and replace lid. Approx 20 minutes to cook and potatoes will be tender and tasty with no greasy flavor or fattening side effects that come with fried potatoes
