- fat-free milk
- 1 Tbsp
- boboli whole wheat pizz crust, or other ready made crust
- 6 oz
- fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 1/2 c
- reduced-fat, shredded cheddar cheese
1Heat oven to 450. Place pizza crust on baking sheet. In lg bowl, beat Egg Beaters, salt, pepper and milk. In lg skillet, melt butter over med-low heat. Add egg mix, scramble until firm, but not brown. Spread egg mix evenly over crust. Cover evenly w/ mushrooms and cheese. Bake 10-12 min, or until cheese melts.
