fat free cream cheese

hellman's diionaise

slices canadian bacon

pineapple rings packed in juice, drained
2 Tbsp
fruity tomato-based salsa

Directions Step-By-Step

Split english muffin into halves and plate with the inside facing upward. Spread evenly with cream cheese followed by Dijonnaise.

Top each muffin half with one slice of Canadian bacon followed by one pineapple ring. Finish each off with a tablespoon of salsa.
