Ham leftovers make brunch biscuits

refeigerated flaky biscuits (8/can)
chopped ham (bite size pieces)
cheddar cheese, shredded
Line 8 sections of large cupcake tin with one of biscuit dough rounds. Press against sides of tin to resemble nest.
Add ham chopped to bite size pieces into dough nest.
Top with about 1 Tablespoon of shredded cheddar cheese.
Top with raw egg. (I only cover 4 of the biscuits with an egg and leave 4 plain)
Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. Allow to cool a bit before removing biscuits from tin.
Serve with fruit and juice for a nice "brunch" food item.
Note: if you choose to omit the egg in step 4 above, you can always add a poached egg and hollandaise sauce to the plain biscuits to serve later.
