I eat this EVERY morning! I use rolled oats because they are better for you and almond milk for the same reason but skim or 1% is fine the specs will be different though.

Ingredients

1/2 c
original almond milk or vanilla unsweetened(not sweetened)
1/2 c
quaker rolled old fashioned oats
1/3 c
libby's plain canned pumpkin
1 tsp
stevia in the raw
1 dash(es)
cinnamon or pumpkin spice

Mix all your ingredients into a microwave safe bowl.Put in microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds - 2 minutes (test for yourself) Done...yum! Enjoy!
