Mix eggs and milk in a blender. Slowly add in the flour while still mixing. Blend 2-3 minutes.
Put half a stick of butter (1/4cup) in cast iron skillet and place in preheated oven.
Once butter has completely melted tilt skillet around, spreading butter, then pour batter into skillet.
Cook at 325F for 40-45 minutes.
