YUM! This is a great pancake! And the buttermilk syrup is to die for! Is wonderful on waffles and french toast too and the syrup keeps for weeks in the fridge.

BUTTERMILK SYRUP

1 1/2 c

2 Tbsp

2 tsp

confectioners sugar

Directions Step-By-Step

1
In a blender, combine the eggs, milk, flour and salt. Cover and process until smooth.
2
Pour the butter into an ungreased 13x9 inch baking dish. Add the batter and bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
3
Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine the first five syrup ingredients and bring to a boil. Boil for 7 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Dust pancake with confectioners sugar and serve immediately with the syrup.

Syrup makes about 2 cups. This is a Taste Of Home recipe and I just love it!
