Ingredients For fish hash

1/2 lbfish fillets

1 lgpotato
-
1 mdonion
-
1/4 tsppaprika
-
1 Tbspbutter (or margarine)

salt and pepper to taste
How To Make fish hash

1Boil fish and potatoes separately until done. Process potato, onion, and fish through a food grinder at medium speed setting

2Add paprika, salt and pepper. Mix well. Put butter (or margarine) in frying pan on medium heat. Brown hash on both sides.
