I just finished my Bagel sandwich and it was WONDERFUL! I did make a couple of changes: I thought I had some dates, but didn't, so just added a few more raisins, and yesterday my grandson came over and finished off the orange juice, so used apple juice instead. Thanks so much for a GREAT recipe. I am wondering... have you tried freezing the leftovers?

LEFTOVERS?????!!!!!! Peggy I'm single and live alone. When I make anything anymore I make just enough for me when I know nobody's gonna be here to help me eat 'em!

I was thinking of freezing some to take camping! Even though I am an empty-nester, I still cook like I have all my children at home, plus all their friends... old habits die hard! :D
