Cinnamon Rolls made with Ice Cream
rhodes frozen cinnamon rolls (12 ct)
butter or margarine
vanilla ice cream
1Put frozen cinnamon rolls in greased 9 x 13 pan.
2Melt the margarine or butter and ice cream and add sugar. Boil for 1 minute. Pour mixture over rolls. Put pan in the cold oven over night.
3In the morning, turn oven on to 350`for 25-30 minutes. (turn the oven on with the cinnamon rolls in the oven...do not remove while it is heating up) Spread the icing that came with the rolls all over the cinnamon rolls when they are done cooking and serve.

I wish we had Rhodes rolls in the stores here. I see them advertised on BYU TV. Boy, they look good!!

Awww..that stinks. I am sure any brand frozen cinnamon rolls would probably work. I get mine at Wal-mart. Happy New Year!

Yummm ~ I'm assuming that 'overnight' must equate to the time it takes to thaw and rise under normal circumstances.
