In sauce pan over medium/low heat, add honey and brown sugaa, stir constantly till sugar has disolved and is no longer grainey.stir in sea. salt.
Remove from heat, add peanut butter. after peanut butter is blended in well add dry ingrediants and toffee bits.
Dump into 9 x 13 pan lined with pastry sheet or wax paper Top with anothr sheet and press mixture until it is spread evenly in pan. Let cool then cut into 24 bars, let set awhile to become more firm then serve and enjoy!
