1 Tbsp	baking powder ( use half as much if using double acting baking powder)
1/2 tsp	baking soda
1/2 tsp	salt
1 1/2 c	buttermilk
4 Tbsp	melted unsalted butter

Grandma made these homemade pancakes for our visits to her house. Move over pancake mixes!

Directions

Stir until just moistened. Fry on hot oiled skillet and top with your favorite fruit or syrup.

Note: If you like a thinner pancake add additional milk.
