A good friend from Switzerland make this all the time and it is delicious. It lasts for several days in the fridge.

Ingredients

2 c
old fashioned oats
1/4 c
milk (enough to cover oats)
1 c
raisins
1 c
nuts (walnuts,hazel, or almonds)
1 small
container cool whip
1 small
mandrain oranges , drained
sliced banana, blueberries, strawberries diced apples , fresh peaches, or any fruit that is in season.

Directions Step-By-Step

Put oats in a plastic bowl and add milk to cover. Set aside until oats absorbe milk.

Add nuts, raisins and stir.

Add mandrain oranges and then any other fruits.

Add tub of cool whip and stir. Refrigerate in airtight container. This will last for several days and is very filling.
