Ingredients

1 medium
new york steak, sliced thin
1 medium
red pepper cut in half ,sliced thin
1 small
onion slice it micro thin
1 Tbsp
olive oil
2 small
mushroom sliced micro thin

THE SAUTE OF CHOICE

1 tsp
dried thyme
1 clove
garlic

1first slice up all the vegies , the meat, dice the garlic micro style

2in a frying pan, add the oilive oil
add the garlic.
add the onion .
add the pepper.
add the mushroom.
then add the dried herb.

3let it saute for about one min, add the meat.

4let this saute for about one min , stir , and again for another min,

5put cover on for about 4 min as pressure saute , mix and put cover on again for about another min.

serve and enjoy this breakfast of champions , or you can make this as a complimentry side dish.
