Ingredients

all purpose flour
3/4 c
sugar
2 tsp
baking powder
1 large
egg
1/2 c
milk
1/2 c
butter, softened
1 c
fresh blueberries
1 c
pecans, chopped

STREUSEL TOPPING

1/2 c
sugar
1/3 c
all purpose flour
1/4 c
cold butter

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350ยบ
2In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, and baking powder. Whisk egg, milk and butter. Stir into dry ingredients.
3Fold in blueberries and pecans. Spread into a greased 9 inch square baking pan.
4For topping, combine sugar and flour in a bowl. Cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over batter.
5Bake 35 - 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.
