Combine flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In a separate bowl, combine eggs, sour cream, milk and melted butter.
Add dry ingredients and stir in mashed bananas.
Heat oiled skillet or griddle over medium high heat. Pour 1/4 cup batter per pancake onto skillet. Cook 2 to 3 minutes until undersides are lightly browned. Turn and cook 2 more minutes.
