Avocado Egg Bake

- 3 Tbsp
- gruyere cheese (shredded)
- salt & pepper
- fresh parsley for garnish
1Cut Avocado in half length wise. Remove pit.
2scoop out a small amount of the avocado. Make enough space for one small egg to fit.
3Crack one egg into each side of Avocado halves.
43 Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paparika.
54 Bake for 15 minutes @ 400 degrees
6Sprinkle cheese on top & broil on low for 2 mins to melt.
7garnish with minced fresh parsley
Serve with whole wheat toast
