Ingredients For spicy saucer going to mars breakfast

  • 1 stick
    refrigerated classic pizza crust 13.8 oz
  • 1 c
    all purpose flour
  • 4 Tbsp
    stick butter
  • 1/4 c
    100% extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    ground pepper
  • 0
    grated peel of a lemon
  • 1/4 c
    lime juice
  • 1 md
    red tomato
  • 1 md
    white onion
  • 1/4 c
    fresh cilantro
  • 0
    a dollop of sour cream
  • 1 md
    avocado
  • 2 c
    graded pepper jack cheese
  • 1 c
    ham lunchmeat thin sliced cut into strips
  • 10 lg
    brown natural eggs

How To Make spicy saucer going to mars breakfast

    Turn your oven to broil low. Brush 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil onto the bottom of a large cookie sheet. Flour a surface with 1 cup All Purpose Flour. Open the Refrigerated Classic Pizza Crust 13.8 oz and lay flat on the floured surface. You can use a rolling pin to flatten it down if desired.

    Beat 2 Large Brown Natural eggs in a small mixing bowl and brush the egg batter on to the roll of Refrigerated Classic Pizza Crust 13.8 oz, covering it well.

    In a food processor add 1 tea Sugar, 1 tea Salt, 1 tea Ground Pepper Grated Peel of a lemon, 1/4 cup Lime Juice and 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro. Slice the Medium Red Tomato and Medium White Onion into small cubes, then add to the food processor. Blend well, this will be your salsa. Cut 1 Medium Avocado into slices.

    Cut the roll of Refrigerated Classic Pizza Crust 13.8 oz into 4 circles and place them onto the greased cookie sheet with 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Put them under the broiler on low and broil side 1 for 2 mins. Then flip the circles and brush with the batter brush side 2 of the cut roll of Refrigerated Classic Pizza Crust 13.8 oz, covering it well. Broil this side on low for 2 mins. When done remove from the broiler and let sit for 1 min. to cool off.

    Add about 1/4 tea 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil to the bottom of a frying pan to coat it, then heat on medium until the oil begins to sizzle. Crack 2 Large Brown Natural eggs into the pan and fry eggs each side for 2 min. minimum. Add 1/4 cup of the sliced ham lunchmeat to the eggs. Repeat for all remaining 6 Large Brown Natural eggs. Top with Graded Pepper Jack Cheese at the end for 30 seconds, just enough for the cheese to melt.

    Place the 4 broiled Refrigerated Classic Pizza Crust 13.8 oz circles onto 4 separate plates. Top with the salsa mixture, 2 eggs with ham and pepper jack cheese each, add 2-3 slices of avocado and top with a Dollop of Sour Cream.
