potatoes, cooked and mashed
1 1/3 c
cottage cheese, lowfat
4 slice
turkey bacon, crumbled
1/4 c
skim milk
1/2 tsp
garlic powder
1/4 tsp
rosemary, crushed
1/4 tsp
salt
1/8 tsp
black pepper

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Spray 4 6 ounce custard cups with nonstick cooking spray.

Place the cups on a baking sheet.
