Ingredients

1 1/2 lb
ground pork shoulder
2 Tbsp
grade b maple syrup
1 tsp
dried sage
1 small
shallot finely chopped
1 Tbsp
dijon mustard
1 tsp
freshly cracked black pepper
1 tsp
salt

Step-By-Step

1Combine all the ingrediants an wrap tightly with plastic wrap. chill at least one hour or up to overnight in refrigerator.

2when ready to cook, form mixture into small patties about 1/4 in thick an 3 in wide; cook in skillet over med hi heat forv about 4 min on one side then flip cook 4 min on otherside or until desired doneness ummm ummmm good
