Ingredients

1 lb
thick sliced bacon
1/2 c
packed, light or dark brown sugar
1/4 c
dry sherry
2 Tbsp
dijon mustard

Directions Step-By-Step

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Arranges bacon slices on baking sheets. Bake until crisp . Mix sugar, sherry and mustard in a small bowl. Pour fat from bacon. Brush sugar glaze over slices. Bake 5 minutes, turn slices and brush with remaining glaze. Bake 5 minutes longer. Makes 4-5 servings.
