Easy Homemade Turkey Sausage

Leery of purchasing store bought sausage, I was glad to run into this recipe. I love that I know what is in it.
Feel free to substitute one or more of the spices with something else you have in your pantry that you think would work well. I didn't have thyme, so I substituted Italian seasoning and I omitted marjoram and it still turned out great.

1 lb
ground turkey
3 Tbsp
dry minced onion
1/2 tsp
each: basil, thyme, sage & salt
1/4 tsp
each: cumin, marjoram, pepper, oregano, nutmeg & ginger
1/8 tsp
cayenne pepper
1 large

Directions Step-By-Step

Combine all ingredients until well incorporated.
Chill for 1 hour.
Form into patties and brown in butter or brown and break up to use as desired.
