Cream Cheese Sausage Balls

- 1 lb
- sausage (hot, sage, whatever kind you like)
- 8 oz
- cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/4 c
- 4 oz
- cheddar cheese, shredded
1Preheat oven to 400. Mix all ingredients until well combined. I use my mixer with the dough hook.
2Roll into 1 inch balls, and place on a baking sheet for 20-25 minutes.
3Balls can be frozen uncooked. Just add a few minutes extra to the baking time.
