potatoes (cut into chunks)
onion (sliced or diced)
Boil potatoes in water until soft, but not soft enough to mash.
While potatoes are boiling. Slice Kielbasa into bite sized pieces. Prepare large skillet with olive oil.
Heat olive oil over medium heat. Add potatoes, and cover with onions. Add butter. Add salt and pepper
Heat remaining olive oil in a medium skillet and cook sausage pieces. When done, place on a plate. Cover with potatoes.
Serve while hot; delicious with ketchup.
