Ingredients For biscuits and gravy

  • 1 lb
    breakfast sausage
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/8 c
    chopped onion
  • 3 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp
    lemon pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    hot pepper sauce
  • 2 c
    hot milk
  • 3 Tbsp
    flour
  • 1 clove
    minced garlic
  • 1 pkg
    grands biscuits

How To Make biscuits and gravy

  • 1
    brown sausage in large pan till brown add onion and garlic,cook 5 min till soft, drain leaving 2 tsp of drippings in pan
  • 2
    transfer to 3 qt sauce pan, add flour, cook for 5 min till mixed well.Add milk,pepper worcestershire, lemon pepper, hot pepper sauce.cook till thick about 5-7 min

    meanwhile cook biscuits to package specs
  • 4
    cut biscuits in half and ladle gravy onto biscuits and enjoy
