All in one pan breakfast

Sheila Hinds

This is an easy recipe, because all you need is in your refrigerator. My husband works outside a lot,and wants something quick to eat, when he comes in for dinner.
I have made this,( all in one pan breakfast)when camping. If Made ahead of time, its even quicker to cook the next day. Enjoy!

Push potatoes to the edges of pan, into the center crack your eggs and cook them any way you wish. I find it easier to just crack the eggs in the pan, and when your eggs are done , its time to eat. Then sprinkle the top with bacon. If you like cheese sprinkle a little on top before serving. I use sharp cheddar!
