I eat pancakes every once in a while and when I do I make them like this. I like the fruit and nut in the pancake with a hint of almond and vanilla. I am tempted to use spices here, but it would just take away from the plain batter taste that tastes good when you drink ice cold milk.

This pancake recipe is a great way to start the day. These pancakes have a slight almond taste which I loved. Chewy raisins and crunchy almonds are a great addition. I can't wait to make these again!
