Ingredients For oatmeal and blueberry pancakes

1/2 cwhole wheat flour

1/2 call purpose flour
-
2 Tbspbrown sugar
-
2 Tbspbaking powder
-
3/4 tspsalt
-
1-1/2 cquick-cooking oats
-
2 c1% milk
-
3eggs, beaten
-
1/4 colive oil
-
1 cwymans frozen wild blueberries
How To Make oatmeal and blueberry pancakes

1In lg bowl, mix together both flours, brown sugar, baking powder and salt. In another bowl, mix oats and milk. Whisk in eggs and oil.

2Pour oat mix into flour mix and mix until smooth. Gently fold in berries. Spray a lg skillet w/ cooking spray. Place over medium heat.

3Pour 1/4 cup batter into skillet. Cook until pancake starts to bubble. Flip over and cook until lightly browned. Repeat w/ remaining batter.
