cottage cheese
1/2 c
lowfat cheddar cheese, diced
1
kiwi, peeled and sliced
1/4 c
pineapple tidbits, drained, unsweetened
1 Tbsp
chive snips
lettuce leaves
1 large
pita pocket breads, halved

Step-By-Step

1In a small bowl stir together cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, kiwifruit, pineapple tidbits and chives.

2To serve, place lettuce leaves in pita halves.

3Spoon the fruit and cheese mixture into pitas.
