Creamy Coconut Mango Quinoa Breakffast

Ingredients

1/2 c
quinoa, rinsed
1
mango, peeled, and cubed
1 cup c
coconut milk
1 Tbsp
cinnamon
1 Tbsp
agave nectar

Directions Step-By-Step

Warm coconut milk and cinnamon in a medium pot. Add the quinoa and cook, covered, for about 25 minutes on low medium heat. Before the quinoa absorbs all of the coconut milk, add the mango and cook for 5 more minutes until it is fluffy. Drizzle agave nectar on top.
