- milk, low-fat
- 3/4 c
- cream of wheat, quick-cook style
- 1/4 c
- 1/3 c
- phlly whipped cream cheese spread
- 2 c
1First in a medium pot bring the milk to a boil on high heat. Then gradually add in the sugar & cream of wheat. Stir constantl until well blended for about 3 to 5 mins or until thickened.
2Next add in the cream cheese spread & cook until cheese is melted. Make sure mixture is well blended & stir constantly.
3Then add in the blueberries, stir very gently until well mixed. Serve immediately.
4Special Tip: You may use sliced strawberries, peaches, raspberries & or cherries.
