Blueberry Breakfast Delight
For a dinner dessert add cool whip or vanilla ice cream.

- all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 c

- butter or margerine, softened
- 1 Tbsp
- baking powder
- 3/4 c

- fresh blueberries
1Mix the flour, sugar and baking powder in a large bowl. Add the softened butter or margerine and mix well.
Separate the the egg whites from the yolks.
2Add the egg yolks and milk to the dry mixture.
Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold them into the batter.
Gently add the blueberries.
3Pour the mixture into a greased and lightly floured 9x13 inch pan.
Bake at 350' for 45 minutes or until a test toothpick comes out clean.
