This is how I hard boil eggs and they come out perfect every time.
And did you know that slightly older eggs peel better than fresh ones?????

- 6 large eggs
- enough cold water to cover about 1 inche onver the top of the eggs
3Put them on the stove and watching them carefully watch so as soon as they start to boil, cover them and remove the pot off the heat. Don't uncover them for 15 minutes.
4After 15 minutes you can then run cold water over them. Peel them and use as you usually would.
