For those of you who enjoy an occasional walk on the wild side, try these wildly seasoned eggs. I can almost guarantee they're not your grandma's scrambled eggs!

Ingredients

egg whites

eggs
2 Tbsp
reduced-fat ranch salad dressing
2 tsp
mustard, spicy brown
1 tsp
fresh parsley, minced, or fresh chives
1/2 tsp
garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste, if desired
1 tsp
canola oil
1/4 c
part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded

Directions Step-By-Step

In a medium bowl, whisk together the egg whites and eggs. Stir in the salad dressing, mustard, parsley and garlic powder. Add salt and pepper if desired.

In a large, non-stick skillet cook egg mixture in oil over medium heat for 2 minutes or until eggs are almost set.

Stir in cheese. Cook for 1 minute more or until eggs are set and cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
