Ingredients

2 large
cans of salmon
1/2 medium
sweet onion ( diced )
2 large
eggs

Step-By-Step

1After you have cleaned the salmon, mix the eggs, onion and salmon together
2Wipe the skillet with a little olive oil and cook salmon over medium heat stirring as you cook.
3Serve with grits or cheese grits and toast
