This is what I do with my leftover pizza, its real easy to make.

Take left over pizza and scrape off the toppings, put in bowl set aside, Depending on how much of topping you have and what size you want omelet, break eggs and whisk in milk salt and pepper, heat pan with butter, put egg mixture in pan, when egg has cooked slightly in middle and on sides, start adding topping onto egg, let cook about 2 minutes, turn oven on broil, put pan under broiler till cheese melts, take out of oven let set about 2 minutes, fold over and plate.
Take bread from pizza, butter sprinkle garlic on, toast and serve with omelet
