A elegant way to serve eggs....in a puffy pastry shell.

Ingredients

8
puff pastry shells
8
eggs
1/4 c
heavy cream
8 slice
bacon,diced
1
green pepper,finely diced
2
green onions,minced
1 c
grated havarti cheese

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 400.
2Bake shells for 15 minutes. Mix the eggs with the cream. Fry bacon,add the green pepper and saute until tender. Pour off half the fat.
3Add the eggs and green onions;stir until cooked.

Remove from heat.
4Stir in the cheese. Fill each shell with the egg filling.
5Serve at once.
