No Crust Quiche

This quiche is so delicious, it doesn't need the crust (which makes it super low carb)!

Ingredients

3
eggs
1 c
heavy cream
1/2 c
milk
1 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
pepper
1/2 tsp
dry mustard
1 1/2 c
swiss cheese, shredded
1/2 c
frozen spinach, defrosted
1/4 c
frozen diced onions, defrosted

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven at 375 degrees.

2Mix all ingredients togeter.

3Spray casserole dish (I used 8x10) with cooking spray.

4Bake for 45 minutes. Use toothpick to test for doneness. Delicious whether served hot or at room temperature.

5This recipe is so versatile, you can use any combination of vegetables/cheese and/or use Egg Beaters instead of eggs. It can also be baked in a 9" deep dish pie crust.
