Ingredients

8 large
eggs
1/4 c
cream
2 1/2 c
milk
1/4 c
sweet onion
2
allready pie crust
2 c
casserole cheese, shredded
8 slice
bacon, cooked
1/2 bag(s)
real bacon bits
2 tsp
salt and pepper
2 medium
tomato
1 large
diced russet potatoe

Step-By-Step

1mix milk, cream, eggs, salt and pepper to well blended.
2Fry bacon crispy drain cool then crumble
3sauté diced onion and diced potatoes in bacon grease, drain and add to eggs along with crumbled bacon and real bacon bits
4add cheese and mix well. Then pour all into pie crust. Drop chopped tomatoes on top of quiche
5Bake 375 degrees 40-45 minutes until firm
