in a hot pan cook 1 egg per eggo to your liking. (i like slightly runny 4 this) set asside do not over cook eggs!
toast your eggo waffels to unthaw only until room temp then spread both sides of each waffel with margerine. warm a skillet or griddle and brown the eggos on both sides until just barely golden. put one slice (or more if you like cheese) on each waffel.
while still on the griddle put one egg each ontop of the cheese and eggo. flip egg side down to melt cheese evenly making sure not to over cook. once melted and brown to your liking serve with warm syrup, breakfast meat, and fruit of your choice!
