1Place room temperature eggs in sauce pan with
enough Luke warm water to completely cover eggs.
2Bring water temp to 142 degrees and maintain 142 degrees for three minutes.Reduce heat if you have to to maintain the 142 degrees temp after three minutes
can use right away or place back in egg carton.Wait
five minutes and place back in fridge.
Your eggs are now Pasteurized.
