Holiday or Everyday Quiche!

We enjoy these for Christmas Eve and Christmas day breakfast. Sided with Cheese ball & Crackers, Coffee Cake and Orange Juice...This is a great combination!

Ingredients

6
eggs
1 c
sharp shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/4 c
evaporated milk
1
small onion chopped very small
2 Tbsp
parsley
8 slice
cooked bacon (crispy) or if you're in a hurry you can use a good quality of bacon bits
2 1/4 Tbsp
butter, melted
salt and pepper

Step-By-Step

1In mixing bowl beat 6 eggs. Add the Salt, Pepper, Parsley, Onion and Evaporated milk
2Place pastry shells on a cookie sheet. (you could also just place the whole mixture in a large deep dish pie shell)
3In each shell place a pinch of cheese and bacon bits (I've also just added 1/2 slice of cooked bacon)
4Over the cheese and bacon bits pour in about 1/4 cup of the egg mixture
5Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes and Enjoy!
