Not really a recipe, But I wanted to share this idea I found on line just a couple days ago. Very easy and to me the yolks turned out much creamier then the regular boiled eggs, after baking in the oven you will notice a few tiny brown specks on the shell they stay on the shell and do not affect the egg. I also notice a couple pin point spots of brown after peeling them which I guess is from the shell touching the sides of mini cupcake pan. Original recipe states to bake at 325-350 degrees depending on your oven. I cooked mine at 325 for 25 minutes and they were perfect.
